At Swifty Sim, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since we sell digital eSIM products that are delivered instantly by email, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair.


1. Non-Refundable Purchases

  • All eSIM purchases are final and non-refundable once the QR code or activation details have been delivered to your email.

  • Because eSIMs are digital and activated instantly, we cannot resell or deactivate them once issued.


2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical Issue: If your purchased eSIM cannot be installed or activated due to a verified technical problem with our system.

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same eSIM more than once.

  • Wrong Plan Delivered: If you received an incorrect eSIM plan due to an error on our side.


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@swiftysim.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Email address used for purchase

  • A clear explanation of the issue

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.


4. No Refunds For

  • Incorrect email address provided during checkout.

  • Incompatibility with your device (please ensure your device supports eSIM before purchase).

  • Failure to use the eSIM before its expiry date.

  • Change of mind after purchase.


5. Partial Refunds or Credits

In some cases, instead of a full refund, we may provide a credit or discount code to be used on future purchases at Swifty Sim.
